Ingredients
Stoneground wheat flour, sea salt, dried yeast, malted barley flour. No preservatives. No unnecessary additives.
Baking instructions
Combine mix with warm water and a splash of oil. Knead briefly, prove for 30 minutes, then bake at 220°C for 25–30 minutes until golden and hollow when tapped.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Best baked before the date printed on the box.
